HARINGEY WRESTLING CLUB & YOUTH

Haringey wrestling club and youth had opened on the 22nd February 1995. The club has won various awards and is known all over the world. Haringey Wrestling Club and Youth had produced European Wrestling Professional Champion 1996, 2 World Junior champions in Amsterdam 2004 and also the European Junior traditional champion 2006 in Estonia. We have also have been awarded 4th place in the Junior Commonwealth Competitions in Puna India 2006, we have also won 2nd place with the GB Team in Ukraine and Russia's international Competitions 2008, we have also produced 2 athletes in the GB Team.

    Haringey Wrestling Club and Youth has also been on live TV in 1999, for the UWA TV Programme  which was called Rampage of Wrestling with our Head Coach also known as Big Papa T who has won the World Tag Team Champion. We have also be on ZDF Channel for a year for a wrestling TV Programme in 2000, also we have been on the Poland Sport TV Channel for a year in 2001. We have also been on the RTL Channel for a year in 2002. 

 

     Haringey Wrestling Club and Youth's Head Coach has been on many documentaries and adverts and many other magazines, newspapers and movies.
